Normal-sized cars, trucks and vans are allowed. Larger vehicles like buses, passenger vans, limos and RVs are not allowed due to the turning radius during the route.

We recommend driving at 3 MPH to ensure an amazing show experience. However, the duration of your experience will depend on the day, time, as well as traffic and weather.

Once reserved online, ticket days and times cannot be transferred or refunded. All sales are final.

Our Magical Christmas Celebration operates during rain and snow. If there is a weather emergency and in the event of a closure, you will receive a replacement ticket for another date during the current season (based on availability) or a credit for the following season. Please check our website and Facebook page for up-to-date weather-related information.

Our Magical Christmas Celebration is a drive-thru experience and you are not allowed to exit your vehicle when driving the route through the park. At the end of the route, there will be an opportunity for vehicles to park in our lower lot to take photos.

Yes. The show does contain bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those who may have a sensitivity to strobes. Consumer discretion is advised.
